PDXLAFF delights in your interest in sponsoring the festival and welcomes suggestions of additional sponsor benefits or levels to help make sponsoring the festival a mutually rewarding experience.

Why sponsor?

The Hispanic community comprises an ever increasing portion of Oregon, the Northwest, and the National population. According to the Selig Center for Economic Growth at the University of Georgia, “Hispanics will comprise 15 percent of the country’s population in 2007, and will have $862 billion in dispos­able income.” “A Condensed Briefing from The 2008 Larson NW Hispanic Market Report” cites the Northwest Hispanic population of 1,024,264 in 2006 with a buying power of over $13 billion. Of that population, 384,000 Hispanic individuals reside in Oregon with an estimated 75 percent of those residents being under age 35. Hispanic Market Weekly says, “The Portland DMA, which also includes Vancouver, Washington, is now considered one of the largest emerging markets for U.S. Hispanics in the Pacific Northwest.”

Presenting Sponsor $5,000

  • Opportunity to introduce film director or guest artist on the Opening Night of the festival or another date as mutually agreed upon by the sponsor and the festival.
  • Invitation for four sponsor representatives to attend private opening night gathering with film director or guest artist.
  • Opportunity for information table at Opening Night and/or to distribute promotional/logo merchandise to festival VIP and attendees provided by sponsor.
  • Sponsor name and/or logo placed in ads.
  • Sponsor name and/or logo in ad (prominent placement) featured in Festival program.
  • Sponsor name and/or logo in all press releases distributed to print and broadcast media.
  • Sponsor name and/or logo in PDX LAFF printed materials that in turn are distributed widely throughout the Portland metro area.

Festival Friend $500 and below
